💳 Self-Pay Policy

We welcome self-pay patients.

• Payment is due at the time of service.
• We provide transparent pricing and can give you an estimate before your visit.
• Please contact our office to ask about current self-pay rates or packages.

Important: Our weight-loss and certain elective services are self-pay only and are not billed to insurance. Patients must acknowledge and agree to this before starting these programs.

💵 Copays, Deductibles, and Balances

• Insurance  copays are due at check-in on the day of your visit.
• Any unmet deductibles or non-covered services are the patient’s responsibility.
• Outstanding balances must be paid before scheduling additional appointments.
